Returns & Refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless faulty.

Contact our customer care team with your order number. We'll arrange a pickup or share drop-off instructions.

Once your return passes quality checks, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.

Size exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is unavailable, we'll process a refund instead.
